Yes, Generally medicines will be delivered within 24 hours from the time of ordering, however in case of emergency requirement, medicines can be delivered within 1 or 2 hours on specific telephonic or personal request.

Order by List
To order by list, please click on the "Order by List" icon in the header. Wait for 2 minutes for the database to get downloaded to your computer. Type the first few letters or the full correct spelling of the medicine and use the drop down list for selecting your medicine. You can also choose the strength and form of the medicine from the drop down facility available.

Order by search can be done using any one of the following options :

Order by Category
To order by category, click on the "category" icon in the header or in the middle of the page. This will display the list of categories, available with us. Then, click on the category to which your medicine belongs. (Ex: Antihypertensives-Atenolol-Tenormin). This will give you the list of generics under that category. Click on the required generic name to display the list of branded items available with us and choose the medicine you want to order from the list.
Order by Generic
To order by generic, click on the "generic name" icon either in the header or in the middle of the page. This will display the list of generic names available with us. Click on the required generic name to get a list of brand names available with us under that generic name. Choose the medicine you require and order from the list.
Order by Company
To order by company, please click on the "Company" icon either in the header or in the middle of the page. (Ex: ICI - Tenormin) This will allow you to scroll through the list of companies available with us. Thereafter, choose the company and click the "Go" button. This will display the list of medicines available with us manufactured by that company. Choose the medicines you require and order from the displayed list.

Yes, it is possible to get medicines on monthly, bimonthly or quarterly basis on a specific date. This can be done by choosing monthly option facility under the delivery instruction.
